His strength, is perfected in my weakness.
The power of His voice running through me leaves me speechless.
He knows all of my secrets, even the ones I can’t admit.
Giving me strength and piece of mind when I feel inadequate.
His knowledge is far from inaccurate, He’s aware of all that’s testin me.
Guiding me through all my trials and my predetermined destiny.
Strengthening me mentally, shaping my heart with a great grip.
Conditioning it to break, from everything that breaks his.
Driving the nails through his flesh from every future sinful decision.
But he still grants me second chances with every tomorrow given.
With yesterday just a memory, I can’t be thinking backwards.
Cause although it’s made me who I am, today is all that matters.
It’s an everlasting chapter, in the story of my life.
And along with an attitude of love, I should be sharing Jesus Christ.
Cause whether I like it or not, that is my life’s purpose.
Sharing the power of God with the ones Satan makes feel worthless.
Hurting their hearts to have fun, cause in the end they feel like nothing.
It’s my duty as their brother, to tell them our loving father’s coming.
This is poetry/lyrics from a really awesome guy I just met a few days ago. His name is Jordan Thompson. God has really blessed him with the ability to write creatively. I love his writings. If you know any Jon Rueben or Matt Kearney this is the style that he is going for.
